Buyer to pay for all packing, shipping, and insurance charges unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. We are happy to give estimates for shipping and will try to provide you with the most cost effective means of safely transporting your purchases. Please note that we ship a lot of breakable items. In order to ship these items safely, extra care and materials must be used in packing which might result in a higher than normal shipping fee. We usually ship USPS priority mail, fully insured with delivery confirmation, but also use UPS and FedEx when appropriate.
Where We Ship
Every item in our store can be shipped worldwide. However, the shipping prices listed with our products are only for the United States and Canada. If you are browsing from outside the U.S. or Canada, you will not be given a fixed shipping price. After you have made your purchase, we will contact you, or you are free to contact us – and we will discuss your shipping options with you.
We only allow returns if item is not as described by us. We do not sell on a trial basis, so please be sure of your purchase before you buy. If item is not as described, you have 7 days to return the item to us for a full refund. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can start an insurance claim with the shipper.
If you are buying from inside the United States or Canada, your item may show a $0.00/Freight cost. This does not mean your item will cost $0.00 to ship. This means that your item requires freight transport, and your cost will vary based upon destination. Because we are shipping large, delicate, and heavy items, with fluctuating insurance costs, it’s virtually impossible for us to calculate a freight estimate using our online purchase system. We will contact you with the information provided, after purchase, to arrange freight and insurance with you.
If an item is returned, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a 15% re-stocking fee will occur. All items must be returned in original or comparable packing. We will refund purchase price only after item is returned, and we are satisfied that it is in the same condition as when it left. The only exception for full refund with shipping costs and no restocking fee is if our description was not accurate, and we reach an agreement that the fault was ours. We do not tolerate buyer remorse nor can we be responsible for people who over spend. Repeated ordering without completion of sale or repeated returns will result in buyer being blocked. Please make all inquiries before purchasing to avoid any such discrepancies, we are available by phone Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Taxes & Layaway
All Tennessee residents must pay sales tax 9.25%. It is our policy that all items must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise specified. We offer a lay-a-way policy, which is 1/3 down, three months to pay in full, same as cash, to all of our potential customers. Item will be held until paid in full unless otherwise specified.
